Sports Endeavors accepts returns and exchanges of most Products within thirty (30) days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following Products – ALL SALES ARE FINAL: gift certificates, games, DVDs, CDs, videos, or books (if the cellophane packaging has been removed), signed memorabilia (all sales are final in order to protect the integrity of authenticity), used Products or customized Products.
Products, other than footwear (with certain limitations), will only be accepted for return or exchange in their complete, original condition and packaging (unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered, and unembellished). Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set (for example, if you purchase a warm up suit, all parts to the warm up suit must be returned together). If you received a free gift with your purchase, the free gift should be returned along with the item you purchased. Failure to include the free gift may result in a charge to you for the item. If the returned Product does not meet the above requirements, Sports Endeavors will not process your return or exchange and does not guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-exchangeable Products back to you.
After we receive and accept your returned Product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the original form of payment. Credits to gift cards, loyalty points, and vouchers may take as long as thirty (30) days to be processed. Returned amounts attributable to gift cards, loyalty points, coupons, or vouchers cannot be applied to exchanges.
Order confidently with SOCCER.COM’s footwear return policy. Wear them, test them, play in them. If you are not completely satisfied with your new shoes, we will take them back for 30 days from the date of purchase – no questions asked. Excludes Mystery Grab Bag Footwear. Please note this policy only extends to footwear – all other Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
We offer free returns for 30 days on new footwear from the date of purchase. To receive free return shipping, you must use the pre-paid label that was included in your shipment. Free return shipping applies to all footwear shipped to the contiguous United States, but excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and international addresses.
If you wish to exchange a Product, you can request the exchange by mail or over the telephone. We process exchanges as two separate transactions. You will be billed for the new Product upon receipt of your request for an exchange. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned Product, we will credit your original form of payment for the return.
In appreciation for your business, we will ship your exchanged Product with free ground shipping. Allow approximately 1-3 weeks from the time you request your exchange to receive your exchange order. On exchanges, we also offer reduced shipping rates on Next Day and Two Day shipping.

Goals or other large field equipment must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us at Customer Service at 800-934-3876 or via email@example.com to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return so that we can properly credit your account. If you no longer have your invoice or if the back of your invoice is blank, you can print a copy of our online return form here:
Please provide all information requested in the return form, including all relevant order and contact information including a daytime phone number.
In some cases, your package may contain a pre-paid Return Service (RS) label. We can also email one to you. The RS label is for domestic United States use only. If you use the RS label, we will deduct $5.95 from your merchandise credit.
We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will email you a return label to be used at no cost to you.
